Shipping policy

UMart currently delivers orders throughout the Philippines.

Most orders are expected to arrive within 3–5 business days after confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders and locations. Please make sure that your name, phone number, and delivery address are complete and accurate before placing your order.

Our courier may contact you before or during delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel.

If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us.
